Brian Conway | Technical Manager

Brian Conway is the Technical Manager within the engineering team at Grundon Marine.  His experience in all areas of marine electronics spans over 15 years and involves all types of commercial vessels.  He is responsible for all technical information and oversees the delivery of client projects.  Along with Toby Grundon, Brian manages the company’s operations and client relationships.

Following his interest in electronics at school, Brian started his career as a Cadet Engineer for a large ferry company based in Dover, UK.  After this grounding in electronics and experience of large vessel operations, he joined Grundon Marine in 2007.  

Brian’s expertise is in all marine electronics for bridge and engine management systems.  He regularly attends various training courses to make sure he is always up-to-date with the latest techniques and products.  His qualifications include HND and BTEC certificates in marine engineering and is a qualified radio surveyor.
